Ajumama’s Laura Lee Shares Some of Her Go-To Products at Korean Markets

By Bethia Woolf

This is the third edition of our Shop Like an Expert series, where we aim to demystify Columbus’ international markets and help you feel more confident shopping like a pro. This time, we’re shopping with chef Laura Lee of the food truck Ajumama. She previously shared with us her expertise on both Korean stews and summer dishes.

We visited three Korean markets with chef Lee, learning about her favorite products and brands, quick and easy meal ideas, and go-to snacks. Even though I have been visiting some of these markets for 15 years, I still learned a lot and discovered some new ingredients.
