A Visit to Don Pocha for Samgyetang, Jokbal & More

Summers in Korea can be brutally hot and humid, so Koreans have developed strategies for coping with the heat. I recently had lunch with our friend Laura Lee of Ajumama to learn more about Korean summer dishes. During a particularly cold patch last winter, Laura taught us about Korean soups and stews, so we were eager to explore another aspect of the cuisine.

So, we decided to dine at Upper Arlington’s Don Pocha Korean BBQ, which is offering several summer specials during lunch and dinner.
